BEGINNERS YOGA

6 WEEK COURSE

This is a great introduction for yoga. We will cover the basics including

Breath work 

☛ Sun salutation

☛ Basic standing postures

☛ Balancing

☛ Seated postures

☛ Relaxation

Each week we will build on the skills learned previously. When you have completed the course you can choose to attend any other classes.

 

You do not need any special clothes or equipment. Wear something comfortable and keep your feet bare.

A yoga mat would be beneficial but you can manage with a towel or blanket.
